    Description

    For set is a remarkable set of six (6) Walker China restaurantware berrry bowls. These great little red transferware bowls have a red stripe with two floral sprays on there interior and a central panel of a hummingbird and flowers. Made in Bedford, OH, the vitrified bowls measure approximately 4 5/8" wide across the top, 2 3/8" across the bottom rim, and stand 1 1/8" high. They are marked on the reverse with the Walker China logo, 9-50 identification (not a Walker date) and were made for Alco Standard Corporation of Cleveland, OH, founded in 1965, which became IKON Office Solutions in 1997.
    The six pieces are in very good condition with no damage or utensil marks and could be unused new old stock. Typical of for restaurantware, there are wayward red ink spots and divots on the reverse from manufacturing.
