VTG ASIAN CHINESE JAPANESE VILLAGE WATERCOLOR ON BOARD SIGNED SEALED & FRAMED

Offered for auction a "VINTAGE ASIAN VILLAGE WATERCOLOR SCENE ON BOARD SIGNED SEALED & FRAMED.  This beautiful watercolor features water, boats, buildings, trees, bridge, and Peasant People.  The photos show reflection of light which affects clarity.  I am not certain whether this is Chinese or Japanese art, however, it appears exceptionally well done.  The signature and seal is located on the lower left corner.  The dimensions: Width framed...24 1/4", Height... 18 1/4", Depth...3/4", Width unframed approx... 21 3/4", Height...15 3/4".  This watercolor appears to be in very good condition and has not been removed from the frame for close examination, therefore is offered "as is".  There is no staining on the image, however, there is slight yellowing on the matting.  The gold-toned metal frame is in very good condition with no scrapes, scratches or dents and has wire attached for wall hanging.
