Vintage Straw Bird Art Black wBamboo Frame Flawed

Description

I'm guessing the silk got damp and waffled a bit behind the glass. I didn't toss it bc I thought maybe someone wanted to use it for crafts or teaching, etc. I hate tossing vintage anyway but handmade stuff is especially troublesome. It's 10" by 11-3/4". It's one of 2 I'm listing in my Vintage Walk Art Category, the other piece is in mint condition as an fyi.
