    Description

    Up for auction are vintage Smith & Wesson handcuffs.  This version has the indent over the keyhole.  I believe these to be Model 90.  The cuffs appear to be nickel plated but they don't shine like new.  The cuffs look very good and function properly.  Fully tested and operational including the pin lock.  NO KEY.  I apologize but I don't have an extra key.  I'm not sure of the date but I believe this officer retired from LE around the 1980s.  He worked with Newport News PD and a officer/investigator for Montgomery Wards in Hampton, Virginia.  They closed in 2000.
