Vintage Painting of Bird and Flowers on Silk

Description

This vintage painting of a bird sitting on a branch among flowers is beautifully detailed. The shading of the flower using the pink and white creates an almost 3D effect. The bird is finely rendered using light strokes that highlight the feathers.  The painting is in the shape of a fan with silk brocade bordering the image. It has green matting that complements the colors of the leaves in the painting and the gold metal Nielson frame. The date of the painting is unknown but likely late Republic to early PROC. It is signed and stamped with a seal.
The painting is in excellent condition. It measures 24 x 16.25  inches with frame and
18 x 10.25 inches of silk including brocade.
