Vintage Chinese XIE ZHILIU Lithograph Titled Loti in Wind Signed and Dated 1978

Description

A wonderful vintage lithograph by one of modern China’s leading traditional painter and calligrapher Xie Zhiliu (1910-1997) who was also a close friend of another renowned Chinese Master Artist Zhang Daqian.
The artist inscription on the left side of this lithograph print reads: 一九七八年十月 (1978　October) 稚柳　三共　都校場 (Zhiliu at Sangong Municipal Drill School ) with two seals beneath the message as well as a seal on the bottom right side of the print.
The printed inscription beneath reads: 風荷　謝稚柳　-　Loti in Wind Xie Zhilin.
This titled lithograph “Loti in Wind” by Xie Zhiliu is in very good vintage condition and as seen in the pics.  What a great find for the vintage and antique art collector!
