Did a lot of searching but no luck. If somebody out there knows what kind of flower this is and who can read who the artist is please let me know thank you.
This is definitely vintage by the Faux bamboo frame, 70s-80s?
CONDITION
Very good.
Some damage to back paper.
Minor scuffs/scratches to frame.
One scratch to matting.
