Vaughan's Dead Blow Hammers feature quality American craftsmanship. The aluminum alloy head is partially filled with steel shot which creates a more powerful strike with less rebound. The replaceable nylon faces are threaded for easy and secure installation. A shoulder absorbs the force of side blows and protects the threads. Serrations on the hammer head create a tight seal with the replaceable faces. Vaughan's Dead Blow hammers feature a one-piece head and handle design and a neoprene compound grip to absorb shock.
