    Beachy Head, I believe, is located off of East Sussex, and Eastbourne England and both locations have beautiful vistas and high cliffs.  You can see the vistas

    I imagine this is the artist's rendering of old clipper ships that moved on the high seas earlier in the 18th & 19th century.
    Painting purchased on Cape Cod in Chatham, MA at Munson Gallery that existed around 1975-1980.  An excellent preserved Oil Painting.  5 price is exactly what I paid for it at that time frame.
