    "WISS" #M6 #M7 TIN SNIPS WITH RED & GREEN VINYL GRIPS.  USED.  9 1/2" LONG.  NUMBERS PAT 4569132 STAMPED IN METAL BELOW PIVOT.  SPRING OPEN WITH TURN LATCH HOOK FOR LOCKING CLOSED FOR STORAGE.  TEST CUT VERY GOOD.  NON PLATED JAWS WITH BLACK METAL HANDLES AND RED AND GRREN  VINYL GRIPS.  SOME SMALL SCRATCHES AND SOME MILD DISCOLORATION ON METAL, SOME MILD DISCOLORATION ON GRIPS AND BOTH HAVE BLACK MARKER AREAS ON THE INSIDE OF GRIPS, BUT NO LARGE DINGS OR OTHER MARKS.  VERY GOOD USABLE
