Professionally framed in a black bamboo looking frame with red mat that has gold trim.
Mounted on an ivory paper that is embossed with flowers.
The fans themselves appear to be just swatches of silk, or maybe ribbons.
The lower parts of the fan are drawn on the paper.

The dirt:
Very good condition;
I am not sure if the fan on the far right has shifted or if it was meant to be the way it is.
It does look quite deliberate to me since it is in the same gold as the fans!  See the photos.
