Chinese Watercolor Painting

Chinese Watercolor on paper. 14-1/2" X 10-1/2" including 1-3/8" may. Painting is of shaded pink hibiscus flowers on highly detailed branches and leaves. Focal point is a lovely bird in medium blue and brown with dramatic tail, pink chest and white crown. Border is gold on blue floral pattern. Picture is sealed in a plastic protective cover. Purchased in Shanghai in 1983.
