Chinese Japanese Artwork Print Dogwood Tree Framed Stamped Marked

Hello, you are viewing my listing for a Chinese Or Japanese Artwork Print depicting what appears to be a Dogwood Tree.  This is a Framed piece of art that is Stamped & Marked on the front left side of this art.  I am unsure what type of art this is.  It appears to be done on some type of board.  I believe that it is a modern piece of reproduction art work since there is a sticker attached to the back side that states "John Barton Associates" out of New York City.  This artwork with the frame measures 16 and 1/2" wide by 19 and 1/2" tall by 1 and 1/2" thick.  The art by itself measures 8 and 1/2" wide by 11 and 1/2" tall.  It weighs with the frame 5.2 pounds.  This art with the frame is in good condition with no breaks, rips, or tears present.  Again I am unsure of what type of art this is.
