This is an original poster, dated in May, 1969, size 20 ¼  x 30 inches, lithographic woodcut color printing. Issued by Xinhua Agency of China, the second print of the first  version, first publishing of the People's Fine Art House in Shanghai.
This is an iconic poster based on the Mao's Paper Tiger theory. The poster printed under the circumstance of the Chinese internal political struggle and the international conflict during the early period of the Chinese Cultural Revolution. The poster titled All Counter-Revolutionaries Are The Paper Tiger. It sourced originally from Chairman Mao, when
he met first with an American journalist Anna Louise Strong (1885 – 1970) in 1946, although written in an article in 1958 he repeated this word to symbolize his opponents, particularly the U.S.
