Beautiful Vintage Chinese Watercolor Painting Ladies of Wei and Tsin

A very nice Original Chinese Watercolor Painting signed at the top with a description that reads as follows:
癸卯年之夏月之書　-　Painted in the Summer Month of Water-Rabbit (1963)
梅花居士作於福州通湖之楓園　By Meihua-jushi (Retired Scholar of the Plum Blossom)* in Fuzhou's Tonghu Maple Garden
Seal: 王望餘 - Wang Wangyu
The painting is of Lady Wei (Wei Shuo) and the women of Tsin.  Lady Wei was one of China's most renowned calligraphers in history from Eastern Jin.
The artist behind the art name Meihua-jushi is unknown.
Fuzhou is located in Fujian China.
The Maple Tree is a rare find in China.  It can grow up to 30 feet tall and 25 feet wide.  The green leaves are silvery on the underside during the summer and turn bright red and orange in the late fall or early winter.  The bark is a cinnamon or reddish brown, turning purple brown as it ages.  And so the Tonghu Maple Garden must have been a rare and delightful treat to the artist, just three years before Mao Zedong’s cultural revolution in 1966.
