    Asp handcuffs with Zak Tool Key.
    Used Model 100 Asp brand chain handcuffs.
    In new like condition, kept as a spare. Originally purchased around 2006, these cuffs spent most of its life in a desk. Metal bands still shine, and locking mechanisms do not have lint inside.
    Cuffs do not come with original key, however a zak tool key will be included. The key works on the cuffs with no hesitation.
    The handcuffs will be sent by USPS flat rate box with tracking data.
