Antique Chinese Reverse Painting On Glass of an Political Figure or Important Dignitary measuring 28 1/4" tall, 19 3/4" wide. This gorgeous reverse painting on glass features a very important dignatary dressed in formal dignitary attire. The hook is a decorative brass hinge and the rear is held together by pegs. As illustrated in the photos, there is light wear to the lacquered edge as well as slight splitting. There is also a small crack on the upper left hand of the painting shown.
